Welcome to the 2019 Gun Bonanza in Beaver Springs, PA

1. Must be 18 years of age or older to win a Long Gun.
2. Must be 21 years of age or older to win a Hand Gun.
3. Winners will be responsible for all state registration fees.
4. Need not be present to win.
5. Anyone entering the grounds must present a ticket stub prior to entry.
6. Cash prizes may be picked up the day of the drawing.
7. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of drawing date.
8. Additional tickets will be available the day of the drawing for a $10 donation.
9. Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages on the grounds.
10. Beaver Springs Fire Co. and suppliers are not responsible for improper use of any prizes.
11. If winner of a firearm does not pass state requirements, the firearm then becomes property of the Beaver Springs Fire Co. and the $10.00 donation will be refunded.

13. All tickets must be returned by July 20, 2019.
14. All ticket stubs must be completely filled out in order to be eligible for the drawing.  Any ticket that is not will be disqualified.
15. All winners can be viewed on our website during and after the drawing.
16. Winners are responsible for cost of sales tax, shipping & handling, and making arrangements to pickup prizes.
17. Beaver Springs Fire Co. and the Beaver Fair Association are NOT responsible for any accidents or injury on the grounds.
18. Children under age 12, get a free meal the during the drawing.  Over 12 need a ticket.
19. Absolutely NO pets on grounds.  Only exception, service animals.
20. ONE door prize ticket will be given to each ticket holder.
